Great app , perfect to write texts

Only has common words from the dictionary, little poetic value

I entered "back" as a near rhyme. But nothing like fact or "act" sounding rhymes or lap, nap etc "app" rhyme came up. Just a bunch of "ack" what about mad, had etc "ad" rhymes also? The near rhyming needs a lot more work and I just started using this. The interface seems nice but the results of near rhymes has started out very disappointing. Also "ave" rhymes like have and I could go on. Additive, subtractive and rhymes with similar sounding consonants must be added as near rhymes. Very disappointed and I just paid for this hoping for more

Im disappointed that many of the words Ive looked up didnt have many rhyming words. I found more words in my paper version.

I spent $3 thinking oh yeah much easier to use than the website I was wrong it so slow to load. Dont waste ur money not worth the money at all!!!

I find this App very helpful for brainstorming in writing lyrics. Its great for finding rhymes, near-rhymes, and I also like the synonyms and definitions. Its a great tool that I use a lot.

It doesnt give many options for rhymes. I write poetry and I have found much better online rhyming dictionaries. I am quite disappointed with this app. Looking for a better one.

This app is in serious need of an update. It needs to be optimized for iOS 8 and the iPhone 6 resolutions. It also crashes quite frequently. There a bugs that need to be fixed.

Crashes while using.

App constantly crashes, is organized weird (can I just see a list of rhyming words and not sub broken up by number of letters? Oh wait it wont run long enough for me to even see the lists filtered by letter count.)

Only gives you about five or six words for whatever you search for

Whenever I click on the arrow next to one of the words in the list the app crashes. Click an arrow--any arrow, it crashes. No in-app link to contact support that I could see. Doesnt work well with suffix lookups. Doesnt have decent suggestions. I looked up "-ous" as in cartilaginous or precarious. I also just looked up "us" as a sound-alike word for the -ous suffix. I know there are a ton of words with this sound at the end and yet I got almost nothing listed as rhyming or near rhyming. Thats just pathetic, especially for the price paid. And it keeps asking if I want to look it up online--theres a free website, if I wanted it online Id just save the site to my home screen--I wouldnt shell out money for it. And, even though some people may worry about space on their device, the rest of the offered info should at least be available for *optional* download for those of us who have plenty of memory left. Dont bother. Not worth the money. If you use anything from them at all, use the free website til they put more work into the app.

I am a songwriter and have found this app invaluable while writing lyrics. It is easy to use and reliable and I recommend it to anyone having a need to be creative in their writing...

I cant count the number of times I use this every day - its probably my most used app!

I have been writing songs for years now. Using this app has expanded my skill set as well as my vocabulary. It has more than a rhyming tool but also a Dictionary in addition to a Thesaurus.

Its a really good tool for songwriting.

This app is pretty good for song writing but excludes many words. This app also doesnt show some words that do rhyme with a certain word. Other than that I give 4 stars because of its quickness, organizational skills and reliability.

I cannot count the number of times that I have written poetry or a song and needed my rhyming dictionary, only to realize that I had forgotten to carry it along with me. In some is that says, it was not convenient to carry along, so I left it at Home on purpose. This app is so portable and so useful that it goes with me everywhere. Sometimes I would have carried my rhyming dictionary with me, but deliberately left it at home because I knew I could depend on this app to help me when I needed it. Honestly, I still prefer my book, my big rhyming dictionary, but this app is sure handy whenever it is needed! I do use it often due to its availability and portability. Thank you, Rhyming Dictionary, very much!

I write in rhyme frequently, and I dont know what I would do without this app. It has many alternatives I would never have thought of myself, and its quick and easy to find them. Such a nice feeling to read down the list and suddenly find the perfect word.

I cant tell you how often this gets used. But I will say thats its almost a daily app for me in my writings. I use the Synonyms. It helps me expand my vocabulary in all I do as a Engineer. Thanks for the App
